I started strongman because I liked how weird and different it was, and always heavy. The best parts of training!

Outside of training I am a hairdresser and a mum to my beautiful 8yr old, Indi.

I love BDS and I am proud to represent them, not only is the gear kick ass, but it is also like a family.

Coming from somewhere you never felt like you actually belong or would become anything, to have the support that you can do anything.

My best achievements to date are:

Australia’s 3rd strongest woman.

Victoria’s Strongest woman.

Queensland’s Strongest Women.

I currently hold the u82 strongman deadlift record.

I’m Bid Bird.

Co-owner of Coal City Strongman with my Husband Benny. I’ve been in the sport of strongwomen for 5years. Dabbling in some Highland games events too.

I love the sportsmanship and the community!

This sport has taught me so much about myself, my ability and my determination. It's taught me, it doesn't matter how you look or your size you CAN do anything you set your heart on.

I want my daughter to realise she doesn't need to fit in, she can stand out, she can find her crowd of misfits.
